BDI Returns Policy
Optimum International Limited 2000 warrants you, the original purchaser,
that for the below stated warranty term, Optimum International 2000 Limited will
repair or replace any
piece of furniture which is defective in material or workmanship. The decision
to repair or replace, will be at Optimum International Limited's discretion,and
may at times be subject to a 12 week lead time.
Optimum International 2000 Limited’s warranty period begins at the time you receive
your product in your home, and is valid for three years. If repair or replacement of
defected piece is deemed to be impractical you will receive a replacement of
same/or similar finish, model, and quality. If a manufacturing fault is noticed
it is very important you promptly contact Optimum international 2000 Limited on

Upon notification it will be necessary for Optimum
International 2000 Limited to see photographic evidence of the fault, in order
to determine
if a manufacturing fault exists.
Original Packaging
To return any BDI cabinet or stand all original BDI packaging must remain intact.
Packaging must be kept until cabinet/stand has been inspected,and any fault reported.
Damaged Upon Delivery Procedure
All stock must be checked on arrival for damages and
shortages, before the delivery docket is signed. If a stand should arrive to
you in a damaged condition then you must report it to Optimum International 2000
Limited
immediately, it is crucial that you sign the delivery docket accordingly. We
cannot be liable for any damages not reported in the correct manner.It is at the
discretion of Optimum international as to whether a replacemnet unit,or the replacemnet
part will be offered. This will be dependent upon a number of factors such as
circumstance of damage,and how the delivery docket has been signed.
Exclusions And Limitations To The Optimum International 2000 Limited Warranty
Improper Care And Use
Proper care and use are essential conditions of this
warranty. Optimum International 2000 Limited will not replace your furniture if damage
is caused through
improper maintenance or use. The warranty is invalid if damage occurs through
the use of detergents, abrasives, or any other harsh cleaning chemicals.
Everyday wear and tear and accidents are also excluded under this warranty.
Product Modification
Product Modification
Any product modification by dealer, consumer, or any other
third party, not authorised by Optimum International 2000 Limited will void this
warranty.
Variations In Finish Seen On Samples And/Or In Brochure
Due to the use of natural materials, and craftsmanship,
minor variations may occur from piece to piece. Therefore this warranty does
not cover minor differences, or differences between samples and/ or brochure.
Consequential Or Incidental Damages
Optimum International 2000 Limited will not be liable for consequential
or incidental damages. By this Optimum International 2000 Limited means any loss, expense, or damage
other
than to the furniture itself, which may result from a defect in the furniture.
Optimum International 2000 Limited will always endeavour to assist you where
possible
to replace any damaged parts, but will not take responsibility for the above
exclusions.
